Rudd's Laundromat & Self-serve Car Wash

When my washer breaks, I am grateful for this place. The staff is helpful. I like that there is someone on site and not like the others, where it is self-serve. You can drop off your laundry, pay by the pound, for them to wash, dry, and fold for you. The car wash is conveniently located on site where you can wash and vacuum your car while your clothing is washing. No AC makes it uncomfortable in the hot summers, but otherwise, it's comfortable inside. The machines wash and dry well.

I dropped by King size quilt off with Tawana while I went and ran some errands in town. By the time I got back, she had it washed, dried, and folded. She even washed the bag I brought it in. She was super friendly. This is a fabulous service! Thank you.

Quaint little place, the plants are an amazing touch. The workers have been nothing but respectful and helpful. Change machine is right outside and washer/dryer prices are average. You can also get kids toys/ tattoos which makes for a very kid friendly environment. All doors stay open and there are massive fans to help you cool off as well as the plants that help absorb heat. They have snacks and drinks for sale. If you go outside the laundry mat you can wash your car and vacuum. The vaccum also has a shampoo clean option which is very nice. Overall great experience and the only place I go.

I have only used the laundromat. Place is clean and machines are well maintained. Staff is approachable and helpful if you need anything. They are also honest and prices are good. It's nice to have staff present, as opposed to laundromats with no one there. I also like the atmosphere, it has character. This will be my laundry spot in Sylacauga.

The ladies that work there are sweethearts. The washer seemed to wash my clothes pretty good and so did the dryers. I'm in town with my husband for his job. So that's how I came across this laundromat. If we ever have to come back in town around this area I definitely will go back.😊👍
