At the beginning of this year, I brought my vehicle in for a transmission overhaul. The vehicle was held for a period of three months. I proactively sought updates regarding my vehicle's status, as the owner was consistently unreachable by phone. The service cost approximately $4,000. Upon the initial drive home, the transmission malfunctioned, necessitating its immediate return. This cycle of repair and malfunction persisted for eight months. Each time I retrieved the vehicle, it would exhibit issues, requiring its return for further service. While I endeavor to be understanding, my financial and time resources are limited. Ultimately, I opted to take the vehicle to an alternative service provider. The new technician informed me that the valve body, which the owner of this company claimed

Do not go here!!!! I had my transmission replaced in February, it didn’t shift right from day 1!!! They said it would “wear in” it did not so I had to bring it back. They kept it four months and when I picked it up all they had done is pour transmission fluid treatment in it. It still shifted terribly so I brought it back again. They then said it was the valve body and charged me another $800 to replace it in the transmission they just installed!!! That took another 4 weeks to get back and still didn’t fix it. So I had to take it back again, now they said it was a computer, they kept it for 6 more weeks and said they fixed it. They absolutely did not. I was skeptical due to the reviews but the prices and the way they worked was amazing. I’ve seen driving my truck for 6 months and no issues at all. I’ll be coming back to service my other vehicles
