I am so grateful for Rush Automotive in Leander. We have been coming here for about the last year. Ethan has also been so helpful and communicative for any needs we’ve had and goes above and beyond. The service is amazing, and I know that whatever I’m bringing my car in for, it will be addressed and resolved in a very professional manner.

I brought my SUV in for a scheduled oil change and also asked them to check on a noise I’d been hearing. I always take my car to Rush, and for two big reasons: I’m treated incredibly well, and they talk to me like a person, not like I’m clueless just because I’m a woman. The oil change appointment was smooth from start to finish. When I arrived, they let me know exactly how long it would take and asked whether I wanted to wait or drop the car off and come back. Since it was a quick service, I stayed. The lobby was clean and comfortable, with refreshments available and a TV on, but still quiet enough that I could get work done without distraction. I recently had my transmission replaced at Rush Automotive, and given the circumstances it was a great experience. From the moment I brought my car in, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The service manager, Ethan, went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and keep me updated throughout the process. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and stress-free. The pricing was reasonable, especially for a big job like this.

I love this place! Ethan and Jose are awesome, always looking for a way to make things work out when the unexpected happens! I've had my car computer replaced here, a new alternator, oil change (they have a great deal!), timing sensor replaced. If you don't know what's wrong with your car they will gladly help you figure it out, everything is transparent and no hidden fees 😇 👏 A+ guys! Also, the waiting room is super cozy with reclining seats and always something great to watch.
