A big thank you to James and the service guys that helped me on 1/29/26. I had some turbo actuator issues on a Peterbilt 520, these guys got me right in since I was pretty much stranded. And a huge thanks to the young tech that worked on the truck, a bolt broke off and he had quite a time extracting it. They had the part needed in stock and I was on my way another 1000 miles home. These guys are truly first class!! Thank you again!!
Parts guy was real helpful. The one thing I do hate about Rush (not so much with Kenworth) if you call parts, there will be a 90% chance that you're talking to somebody somewhere else. Really, really, hate that. That goes the same for this place. But at least dude made up for it by being helpful.
The absolute worst dealership I have ever been too. Will never do business with them again. Sales all the way to service department is a joke. Zero accountability with anyone at that store and horrible customer service
These folks are the real deal. From Colton in service to getting me in the shop and Jason who performed the work is very experienced and knowledgeable. He got the job done timely and I am back on the road to continue my trip. Just an awesome experience all the way around. Thanks guys.
Been working with this dealership for years and have never had a bad experience. Customer service has always been excellent. Shout out to Rocco and Tiffany for always taking care of us! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!!!!
