I like going to the Arlington location for parts. They get you in and out, great staff, they know their stuff, if they don't have what you need they will go the extra mile to find it. Nykel Allen who works the front counter always helps me out!

Really poor experience taking my 2019 579 up here for servicing. I was experiencing some power loss issues with my truck while on the interstate. I thought taking it back to the dealer would be the best and smartest way to go about the repair so brought it here …. Got told it was a $600 part that had to do with the breaking system was causing the problem. I paid $2000 for the repair and my first day working the truck started doing the exact same thing I took it to them for to begin with and the service department refused to offer any additional assistance despite having mis diagnosing my truck and replacing parts that weren’t needed. Why does this business even have phone numbers. Not one person would answer the phone for sales, parts or service. Tried over an hour, left message and nothing. If this is how this place is run, I don’t believe I feel comfortable giving them my business.

Went to this center about to close in fact Mark was leaving. He reopen the store just to take of us. My truck airbag busted and i was under a load. Your positivity and kindness have made an unbearable time a little bit better. Joe went the extra miles also Mark reopen the store and sold me an air bag and Joe put the air bag on and they were about to close good to know that good people still around. Well Done if ever in Rush Arlington Location stop by there.
