Rush Truck Centers - Boise

I recently brought my 2023 Ford transit to Todd at Rush truck center. I had rear ended a vehicle and needed to have my custom bumper replaced with a new one. Todd was incredibly professional, interacted with my insurance company, procured the custom parts, and installed them. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to rush truck center for auto body repair.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst location cannot get parts to save my life. I will never buy from here again incompetence lazy and bad attitudes the absolute worst type of people. Can't keep techs super high turnover rate what if you drop your truck off for a job and guy quits in the middle ooh well let's bring in another tech to finish that's the mentality here. Would advise people to go elsewhere if you value the type of work being performed on you rigs.

William is far beyond great tech so far I have seen as road service he came and fixed my diesel lines that were cracked in less than 20 minutes

While traveling from Portland, Oregon to Chattanooga, Tennessee, our RV began displaying a "contaminated DEF" message late on the first day. At the beginning of the second day a second message said that the DEFsensor had failed. After several calls to truck shops, Rush Truck Centers told us they would diagnose our DEF system. We drove an hour to them. They dispatched their mobile tech to our rig, which was in their parking lot. Doing so allowed us to stay in our rig rather than a hotel. Working closely with our chassis manufacturer, Spartan, ensured all Rush's work would be covered by Spartan. A new DEF sensor was overnighted to Rush and the mobile tech installed the new sensor, ensured all fault codes were cleared, and sent us on our way after a delay of mess than 24 hours. CANNOT PRAISE

Perfect repair on my high roof work van. Nicely put my window back in too. Highly recommend.
