Rush Truck Centers - Columbus, GA

Didn't have a very good experience. Stopped in around 3 to have A/C Fixed in international and The guy at service desk was absolutely rude. He had such a attitude. He was very grouchy and the worst customer service ever. We Will never come to this location again!! Very small parking lot.

Rush Truck Center in Columbus GA is on of the best in the business. Staff there will help you in anyway they possibly can to resolve your issue.

Thumbs up the rush truck center in Columbia, Georgia. I would have gave you 10 stars if they had allowed. It stopped at Rush truck center in Atlanta on the south side off of 285. The parks guy there. The after hours parts guy was very disrespectful. Very rude to me and my after hours fleet manager gave us the wrong parts number and the part I needed. He said they did not have in stock which actually they had two of them in stock. Thank you so much Columbia. The young lady was very considerate, very kind and very knowledgeable in what she was doing. Thank you so much for your help

Scott the service manager and Jon the Lead technician are AMAZING! I've been to 7 dealers all over the country...they were the ONLY people to diagnose and fix my issues. Pleasant...knowledgeable..professional. If anyone reading wants SPECTACULAR SERVICE...these are your men and this is the place! Thank you guys soooo much!
