Rush Truck Centers - Dayton

The fastest international mechanics in the area. They have a quick turn around for repairs so I can be back on the road making money again. Very helpful and friendly. I live 1 hr &30 mins away and have 2 other international dealerships closer to me but I only take it to Dayton for there fast and reliable work. I definitely recommend this center.

Good customer service here. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The driver's lounge is very comfortable as far as waiting rooms go. My only criticism is an inadequate amount of trailer parking spaces. I pull a 53' reefer trailer. There is maybe 4-6 secured trailer spaces inside the gate, but once those are taken you have to drop your trailer out front in the street. I'm sure the likelihood of a trailer being stolen from the front of RTC is low. But it's not zero. And a lot of the mega-carriers won't even allow their drivers to drop a trailer in an unsecured location. So I'd say if you have a trailer and you cannot wait multiple hours for a secured spot to open up, bring a lock for your gladhand or kingpin. I wouldn't dare trust those locks overnight, but they'll add a little extra security w

My most recent visit I was immediately asked by Corey how he could help me. I needed a part for my truck and he looked it up and went and grabbed the part I needed and I was on my way. I have bought parts for my truck here for atleast 5 or 6 years and they have always treated me well, been courteous, and knowledgeable of the parts I needed. Most of the time someone would always run to the back and grab the part while we were finishing the transaction. Will continue doing business with Rush Truck Centers in Dayton, Ohio.
