Rush Truck Centers - Jacksonville East

I was broke down on 295 in Jacksonville, FL and Sara delivered parts not once but twice in her own personal vehicle not the delivery truck. I always call and ask for her because she is the most knowledgeable one that I deal with there in the parts department for my truck. I just want to give Sara a huge shout out for going above and beyond her job to help this ole truck driver out. Thank you Sara!!!

Says they open on Saturdays 8-12, I showed up their doors locked, lights off. Wasted my time with false information

My experience with this location was terribly expensive with people who don't care about owner operators. They only want to replace even if there is a kit to repair. Please do your homework before they send you down a bottomless pit.

Being a 1 truck owner operater, it can never be over stated on getting in and out of any repair shop with time and fair price. When you can't have a quick turnaround time, then coming out with a fair price is the next best thing. Having had a complex DEF and electrical issue, time wasn't my friend in finding a quick solution. That being said I would like to thank Jason the Tech for tirelessly working to resolve my complicated mechanical issues at this RUSH location in Jacksonville on Berlin Rd.
