Rush Truck Centers - Jacksonville

On Thursday 11/20, I noticed some light oil on the RFO wheel. I cleaned it, then drove to RTC on Beaver St. Jeremy, the service mgr, promptly removed the hub cover, inspected the wheel and we did not see an obvious leak. I told him I'd closely monitor it, and schedule an appointment if needed. Friday morning I noticed a light sheen of oil on the wheel. I called Jeremy and he was able to work the truck in on Saturday, while the truck was not in use. That made my day! I met Alex Saturday morning, who did a great job getting the truck checked in. Within minutes, I began receiving text msgs for the check-in and status updates. I explained to Alex that it was due a PM service, and asked if this could also be done while there, if possible. He obliged my request, made it happen in a timely manner

Recently, Tiffin Motor Homes made an agreement with Rush to support their RV repairs. I had two issues that needed repaired and I was in the Jacksonville area. I had just left a rally with Leigh Tiffin and I had told him my past experience with Rush was very positive and their parts department was top notch. When I called Rush initially, I explained that I was traveling through and needed quick service. They said to bring my RV in and they'd see if they could get me in and out quickly. We reviewed the bad wheel bearing and found them locally. The next day, they replaced it and started working on my leveling issue. The next day, they replaced some tubing and leveling valve that had been installed incorrectly. Each night I was able to sleep in my RV, at a local Cracker Barrel. When I left,

They had my truck for almost 2 weeks, they had a list of things to do, they got 3 things off my list supposedly handed,(blamed everything on the holiday) my company and myself finally got fed up with them not doing work in a timely manner and pulled the truck, but on the list of the stuff they did was a B service but yet they did not change the cabin air filters like requested, also they only greased the driver side of the truck not the passenger side, they did fix a Coolant leak, they checked the Batteries for corrosion and tightened them, but the truck would not start 10 hours later because one of the batteries had corrosion all over it, I will post pics, they broke my keychain after I asked if I needed to remove it they said it would be fine, I asked them to put plastic on the seats and

Really friendly. Shop was very knowledgeable. Got us in and out fairly quickly. Had a 3 axle alignment done. Thanks for everything.
