Great experience! Iris was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She made the process quick and easy and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. It’s always nice to see such positive customer service—definitely made my day better. I’ll be coming back!

It’s hard to believe this business model is successful, but I guess pounding people to sign up for their subscription or monthly unlimited plan works.🤷🏻 I just went in there to get a basic $12 wash after our recent snowstorm. First they will not sell you a single car wash without you listening to an overlong sales pitch for their reoccurring monthly unlimited wash subscription plan, delivered by some poor kid who’s probably working on commission. I actually felt bad for her, but I was not at all interested in a subscription as I only get my car washed a few times per year. She finally took my money and as I was driving in I encountered the owner crossing the lot. I’ve been coming to Hamden since they opened a couple years ago and by far one of my favorite locations. Now that winter is coming around the corner, I highly recommend getting that membership so you can come whenever your car gets dirty from the pesky salt/mud on the roads. I know I will! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🚗🫧

I dont know what happened to the old crew that used to work here but they were always helpful and had all the stations stacked with supplies to clean my car. Now its a bunch of young females who dont seem to care and dont ever have enough towels or cleaning supplies available. Every time I come here they're procrastinating or socializing. Need better workers in my opinion

I went to the speeders location in Hamden and it was so busy but thankfully once I got into line I was greeted by Iris and Kio the manager and I was a little frustrated but they reassured me and were able to give me a great hook up for being a cop and explained next time I can basically skip the long line with the fast pass lane with their unlimited plan super happy with my interaction and love the floor mat cleaning stations ! Definitely will be recommending this to friends and family !
