Russell Speeder's Car Wash Of Southington

Drove here to have my car cleaned 3 days after a snowstorm. My car was squeaky clean. The only thing I wish they would do is have the liquids (that are by the vacuuming section) placed somewhere where they won't freeze so we are able to use them. I was not able to properly clean the mat, windows etc because the washing liquids were frozen solid. The vacuums have great suction to them. And the area is well maintained with good customer service.

Aarwin is the best lot attendant ever!!! He has helped me well over 10+ times. And i thought i’d come on here and leave him a review because he deserves it. seriously outstanding worker and always has a smile on his face. It’s hard to come by such workers as hardworking as him. The other day i was cleaning my car and it was raining super bad, the towels were semi wet, but i didn’t care, he came out of nowhere and just handed me clean warm towels without me even asking coming out in the downpouring rain ! He always goes out his way to help customers! And always offers to do more than asked.

I had an amazing experience at Speeders Car Wash thanks to Aarwin. He went above and beyond helping me wash my car and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to assist truly stood out. You don’t come across customer service like that every day.

Literally the guy walked up to my car I haven’t even been parked there for 2 min and he told me that I cannot park there unless I get a membership and made me leave. To me it’s not about the fact of getting the membership cause that’s not a problem I could’ve gotten one. It’s just a feeling he gave me which was horrible like I’m not wanted there. But it’s all good. There’s plenty of other car washes. You just lost a good customer.

I came to the CAR WASH wanting ONE wash but Aiden did such a good job informing me of all they have to offer with their ultimate plan I just HAD to buy it! I can come anytime I want and get a nice wash! I’m very pleased with my purchase and the lot workers are FANTASTIC. 10 STARS. Fred Smith
