I visited this store for a tire repair (nail). After-that, i discovered and noticed a serious issue: my wheel lock on the front tire was severely damaged and completely seized. This damage occurred during the tire repair they performed for 65$!!!!! I had to take my car to manufacture service, where they also struggled with the lock. The only solution was to damage the rim to remove the locking bolt. This store’s negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in: • A $240 charge from service to remove the wheel lock • Damage to my rim during the removal process • Lost time and a workday • A wasted $65 I paid here for a poor-quality repair. To make matters worse, the onsite manager failed to offer any assistance or even understand the issue. This experience has been incredibly frustrating,

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU COME HERE I’ve had my 2015 Corolla for 6 years with no problems. I’ve always gotten my oil change and brake pads changed when necessary. I brought it here to do everything and not only did they upsell me but they unfortunately messed up my car permanently. AFTER TWO DAYS MY CAR WAS NOT DRIVABLE. I had to get it towed back to them and the problem was that they forgot to “add a screw” when changing the rotor of the wheel. They also did not change them even though I paid for them to be changed (I had this verified by another mechanic) I will be contacting the Mr. Pallazolle directly.

They explained the issue clearly and fixed it efficiently—no upselling, just honest work. Prices were fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car’s been running smoothly since. Edited 12/6/17: please see picture of steering wheel 2 days after alignment (I didn’t even know they had an 8 day warranty on the alignment) anyways I brought it back 12/5/17 yesterday because I believe something is wrong with my car or maybe they can tell why my steering is crooked like that. They tell me come back tomorrow, the tech was busy. I said ok, I come back tomorrow they tell me the alignment is out of warranty they can’t look it. Really??? It’s not like I’m trying to get it for free. I need to find out what’s wrong with my car not keeping the alignment. Oh well, this place is not worth the headache. $100 for an alignment down the drain! Added 11/28/17: If you have aftermarket wheels please point out existing damage before they start working on your car. They curbed up my wheels
