I highly recommend Russo’s Auto group for your one stop shop for your car care needs. A friend mentioned this garage and told me I should go check it out. This is something my husband normally does but he has been very busy and my car was past due. I lost faith in the dealership that I normally go to, due to trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, when I was there for a simple oil change. So, I took my car to Russo’s for the first time to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The sincere professionalism with very fair pricing I was greeted with as I walked in was incredible !! They truly care and show great respect for their clientele. I had some repair work done on my Toyota Landcruiser at Russo's Auto Group and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was on a time crunch, as I needed it fixed within the week before having to leave for a business trip. Their team got it done in a few short days. They identified additional problems with my steering rack that was improperly installed at a different shop last year as well. Lastly, if you are a veteran they offer a discount and on Monday's it's double the discount! That was awesome. I will be returning the next time I am in need of vehicle service.

Loved the receptionists, they are truly pleasant to communicate and work with. Service was a nightmare!! Unreasonable priced! Took two of my Sport bikes there, and both of which are going back into a Real Motorcycle shop. Owner, in my opinion, appeared to be dishonest and extremely unprofessional. Waste of money, time and riding season. Worst place ever!! Owner requested that I bring my Bike back in and he took a second look and was able to deduce underlying issue. Russo's Family Auto is the BEST! My first experience with this shop was when my truck broke down and I was stranded. Fortunately, it broke down, right across the street from Russos's. I had no one to call and no money but, being desperate, I had to do something. I walked across the street and told them my story. Right away, Rocco, took my truck into the garage and found the problem. He told me it wouldn't get me home so his secretary would take me home and pick me up the next day when the truck was fixed. We talked about my money situation, or lack of, and he was willing to help in that respect, also. These people didn't know me from Adam but did everything they could to help me out.
