This was one of the best car buying processes I’ve ever gone through (& I’ve bought probably 10 cars in my lifetime). I had no intentions of buying a car that day because the car buying process is usually super time consuming and a hassle. We were in and out and bought a car all in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Fred was extremely easy to work with and listened to our budget and tried to get the price as close as possible. The manager Moose was also super helpful with this process of pricing and finding the right trim level in the car I wanted that could align with our budget. They really took the stress out of car buying process and I would highly recommend them!

Went in looking for a specific vehicle wanting a low rate and hitting my monthly payment. Fred Orr and the entire staff and finance dept. Was very friendly and helpful. They hit all my goals with a extended warranty as well. I would definitely recommend to shop with them and their upfront staff.

I took my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz in for the screen flicking on and off on Tuesday January 13th which I had to schedule an appointment with them to do. I showed them a video that I took on Sunday January 11th. Showing the date and time when said video was taken. The service person said that they could not except that video even though the date and time it was taken was clearly visible. They had to duplicate it. I told her when I drive my truck it’s at night when your service is closed. She then wanted to set up another time to bring it back which is very inconvenient to do since you have to sit there while they try to confirm what I already showed them. My experience with Rusty Wallace Hyundai was terrible. I ended up leavening my truck there to them to eventually duplicate the problem. So
