What a rip off this place is. Just like all other tow companies I have dealt with they are beyond greedy. It should be illegal to operate the way they do. If I could give negative stars I would!
Our tow truck driver, Dakota, arrived 15-20 minutes after we called. Our tire shredded, and we were the middle of nowhere on the expressway. Dakota went above and beyond to help us. He recommended Tire Warehouse (excellent) and when we got there, made sure they had tires for our 2005 Camry. Dakota couldn’t have been more patient and kind. Highly recommend!
This was the second time Rustys has helped me out of a bind with AAA. They showed up 30 mins earlier than the projected time and had me back on the road before I was even expecting them to get there. 5 stars!
