RV City is amazing. As a returning customer, the customer experience is the same as it was almost 15 years ago… helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Wow what great service we received from RV City in Benton Arkansas. If your need need of parts or service look them up. We had no heat from furnace and the got us a temp fix and a permanent one ( as soon as part comes in under warranty). This is our first time needing service on the road and they explained and helped us.

We had excellent customer service from the time we first stopped to the time we picked up our new travel trailer. Curtis was our salesman, he was patient with us while we looked around. Wade done the walk through with us and answered any questions we had. Theresa and Jessica was welcoming as well as we finalized the paperwork and purchased what we needed while we was there. Austin done a good job on cleaning the camper for us before we got there. Brian and Jade was also great! Jade placed covers over our fans before we left also. For this being the first time we have purchased a camper we are extremely pleased with the service we received during the whole process. Thank you so much for each and everyone of you.

26DBH new purchase. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Curtis was our salesman and did a great job explaining the differences in the various models. Paperwork was a breeze. Bought on a Friday drove away with it on Monday. First time camper owners and Wade walked me through all the systems on the trailer and made sure my truck was good to go before leaving the lot. Much better experience with the staff at RV City than some of the other places we visited local. 10/10!
