The best experience! JD, Matt, Mark, Cindy, Steve and Espy were all amazing! Everything went smooth and these people worked hard to get us the deal we needed!

I have worked with Brian, in service, several times on two different Rigs. He is extremely professional and it’s ready to help. He is well organized and accurate. He understands the RV business incredibly well.

Do not buy your RV from this company. The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back, waiting now over a month for parts to be ordered to replace a large window in my RV. With all the rain we have had, there is a real urgency but RV Country could care less. Our trailer is less than a year old and this is our first service/parts request. I’m very discouraged and disappointed. It sure would be awesome if Rene would call back so we could get our RV fixed! EDIT: We have been working closely with RV Country since this post and they made sure our issues were resolved. I'm happy to report the window has been replaced and we are back in business. Thank you, RV Country for taking care of the problem.

The sales team of Mike and Jennifer helped me get the trailer I wanted for a good price. When I needed service, the service manager Neldon and his crew have been so helpful and professional. Brian is always ready to get me scheduled and get my warranty or customer pay jobs set up and started. Rene and Elizabeth handle the parts department and keep me informed of the status of my orders. Without Julie and Espie the admin and warranty workflow would suffer significantly. The techs are so important to the speed and quality of my repairs and upgrades. It’s so apparent the leadership of Neldon is the glue that holds this great team together. Thank you so much Neldon

I will start this by saying if you are thinking of buying an RV from some place besides RV Country, why would you?? Ours was not the smoothest purchase. But when things don’t go too smoothly it really shows the character of a company and RV Country has plenty of character. They dealt with the whole process with integrity and professionalism!! Let’s start with Jennifer in sales, you talk about someone that knows her product, man was I impressed. She is so polite and strait forward that she does not need to pressure you. My brother in law lives with us, he is mentally handicapped. He is 70 y/o,but at a 5 y/o level. Jennifer was so kind and gracious to him, it really warmed my heart. Then there is Espy in service, wow, what a polite and professional women! The exact opposite of what you here
