I purchased a new 2024 Montana High Country from RV Country. They failed to conduct a predelivery inspection of the vehicle and refused to warranty the numerous issues I had including: the RV being flooded due to a cut water line, a cracked front windshield, the refrigerator not working and a large trim board falling off the top of the bedroom slide out and hitting me in the head in the middle of the night. I will not make another purchase from RV Country.

We recently consigned our RV with this dealership, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jennifer and Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process, consistently friendly and diligent in their efforts to sell our RV. Their dedication made the process smooth and stress-free, and we felt confident that our RV was in good hands. They ultimately sold our unit, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My sister is 86 years old so I helped her with purchasing a fifth wheel. Our sales person was Jennifer and we purchased it in Lakeside. Jennifer was courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient. My wife and I have bought several campers throughout the country and to be completely honest this was the best experience we have had. We bought a new 2021 Montana 3855BR Fifth wheel. The walk through on the new trailer was by far the best I've ever had we have been living in campers for the last 8 years and I learned a lot during the walk through.
