Always do the self-service and have never had an issue. I just do high pressure rinse, soap brush, high pressure rinse. Decent price to wash yourself, and vacuums are free. Can't beat that 🤷🫶

First, our wash code doesn’t work because they got a new system. I have only used my wash package twice! (I make note of dates I use it) So we go ahead and buy the $14 car wash and it gets stuck and it didn’t even rinse our car! It just kept saying “Exit”. I called the number posted twice and there wasn’t an answer. Very disappointing. I won’t be buying a package again. A similar thing happened at their Show Low location. I bought a package, only used it a couple of times and the wash code wouldn’t work with their new system. I lost money. I’ve never been back there since.

I looked at reviews before coming here and thought it would be good. We bought the most expensive car wash. Now my husband is out spraying off the remainder of the soap (in the self serve area) that was left on our vehicle. There went our semi-dry vehicle. Our tires weren't dirty until we pulled in the self serve part to wash the soap off. I expected much better for $12, plus the extra $3 we had to pay to rinse 🙄 you're better off washing your vehicle yourself. UPDATE: Upon further inspection of our vehicle today, I'm extremely unhappy! There are scratches and gouges on our Suburban! They certainly were not there before as I noticed them first thing this morning 😡😡😡

I have been the Lakeside location for several years. Lately, I have been very disappointed. After I paid, I hadn't even gotten back in my car, the car wash activated. By the time I pulled forward, the wheel and undercarriage wash stopped. For years, with the premium wash it would wash and rinse twice. Then the wax would apply. Now it sprays the wax while the second wash solution is still on. This causes uneven application of wax. They have cut corners so badly, I will probably start going back to the full service car wash on Deuce of Clubs. It is quite apparent that management is more concerned in cutting corners for increased profit rather than the high quality they used to have.

Used to be a great place. Good wash for a good price. Price went up like everything, but wash was sub par. First time sprayers not working well. 2nd/3rd Leaves water spots.
