I can't rave enough about this shop... it's the best! Mark was amazing, very kind & honest. He really cares about pleasing the customer. He was very detailed in explaining everything and the price was right. Jim was also very knowledgeable. Together they fixed our trailer in a quick time frame. Owning all kinds of RV's for the past 55 years, we still learned tips & suggestions from these guys. We couldn't be more pleased. God Bless them! I was telling my wife that Faith is like Trust. You walk on an old wood deck you step careful so you don’t fall in but if you step on the right areas (God) will not only protect you but guide you correctly. Well he sent me a ad on RV Remedy llc so I call with what I thought were 3 major issues on my RV. Call them and a gentleman named Mark answered, telling me he could probably fix it as he looks it over to see what wrong!!! I’m like uhh I’ll take it to him the following day. Our family was on the start of a cross-country road trip and our hot water heater broke. We called around and this was the only place that was accommodating. Mark was super helpful and was able to get us up and going! I can't say thanks enough!
