The in-person process went well and we're very happy with our used camper. Would have really liked to be back for another camper in the future but now would not go back and would not recommend. We had a GREAT experience buying, right up until it was time for us to get the title. Sales were not pushy at all and we were shown campers within our price range (and a couple outside just because we did ask and they were kind enough to show us some other units with our kids with us who were really interested). Feel like we got a good deal and we already took the camper down to Savannah, GA and back. Had a great time. We had a great experience at first. We found the camper we wanted listed on RV trader at RV USA we contacted them to confirm the price, completed all of the financing over the phone and they were able to have our brand new camper delivered to us within four days. Now we are almost 2 months from delivery and I have not received the title and they keep telling me that they have sent it to the lender but the lender doesn’t have it so now I have a trailer that I don’t have tags for. I asked if they could send me updated temporary tags so that I could use my trailer and was told no.

Tom is a very dishonest individual. He has no integrity. He has no intention of having integrity. Several calls and messages one of my companies bought a vehicle from him. False advertised, very dishonest. Read the reviews before you deal with this company. My company is going to be spending a significant amount of funds on buyer beware ads on billboards around turnpike highways end Norwalk areas ...

Tom was incredible. We already had a deposit on a camper locally (Upstate, SC) when we decided we wanted a different floor plan. Searched rvtrader.com and found this dealership advertising free shipping and no hidden fees for a couple thousand less than the local place wanted for the same camper. I was very apprehensive at first to be spending that much money on a camper I had never seen, but Tom went above and beyond to have the techs do a FaceTime walk through of the exact one I was getting so I could be more comfortable. This was such a good experience even down to the communication back and forth. The camper even included battery, start up kit, and full propane. After further review of the item I bought due to the fact that I kept having many issues to the vehicle I bought. I took it into Chevrolet for a checkup. The vehicle was barely poorly put together. Many missing bolts. Appears that it was put together with someone with very little knowledge. I do not recommend buying anything used from this company. I reached out with many requests, and got no response. Items severely misrepresented and I will be having my attorney take care of the rest. I will add photos and all of the messages I sent to this company and got no response.
