RV Value Mart

RV value Mart is a great place to go for a camper. They have friendly staff and are willing to help out in any way that they can. This is especially true at their Ephrata location. I believe this is a newer location and wow what an amazing place to buy a camper. As soon as I got there I felt the welcoming stress free environment. Some places just want to take your money and sell you a camper, even if it’s not what you want, not at Ephrata. Brent went above and beyond and took the time to make the best experience for us as he possibly could. We stopped in to get an idea of what we may want in a future camper. Brent made us feel like family right from the start. He gave us all of the info right up front and answered all of our questions and took us around the lot allowing us to look

My wife and I have been RVers for years and wanted to stop in and see their new location. Pleasantly surprised as this location has had many businesses and they have utilized the space well. Lots of quality used units. Mr Riehl, who introduced himself soon after we arrived was very pleasant, even though we told him we just wanted to see the new location. He was busy cleaning up snow but took the time to chat with us. If you are looking for a quality used unit, take the time to go look at their inventory.

We got to work with Brent at Ephrata location and he was such a great person to work with! He wasn’t pushy, sent us campers that were within the parameters we set and was constantly on the lookout for different options for us until he found us the PERFECT match that we bought. Highly recommend working with Brent, because he’ll definitely deliver.
