Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I brought in a 2010 Rav 4 for an oil change and radiator flush. During the radiator flush, a connector part on hose broke. The technician showed me that Valvoline has stated that this is a problem with certain Toyotas. The manager told me how sorry he was that this had happened, and that they would replace the part at no charge to me from the local NAPA. Sadly, the local NAPA did not have the part, and the assistant manager had to drive 20 miles away to get the part from another town. All told, after my oil change and the radiator problems, I was at the shop for about 2 hours. Please note, I am not upset about this. Things happen when you drive an old car! Tore up the under lining of my car and as a result my access panel. It fell off going down the highway and sounded like a blew an engine. Filter covered in oil and now I need to replace both the panel and liner because the tech didnt just say they messed up.

My some took our Buick this morning for an oil change. When he left, it wasn’t running the same. They did a diagnostic on it and sent him on his way. By the time he got home, less than 5 miles away, it would not stay running and was lit up like a Christmas tree with all the lights on. He called the store, explaining what was happening. Within an hour, the manager was at our house fixing the issue. We appreciate the accountability and very fast customer service to make it right. Of all the times we have been there with our vehicles for oil changes, we have never had an issue. We will continue to service our vehicles, and appreciate the customer service.

I got my oil changed here over a month ago. I don't live in the area. I noticed a small oil leak since the oil change. I made it back there today and they didn't hesitate to investigate. It was residual oil. They cleaned. Checked the filter. Topped off my fluid and my tire pressure. No questions asked. THATS top notch service right there. I will go out of my way to get my oil changed there moving forward. Thanks guys!!!

Rojo & Justin were absolutely wonderful! I had noticed my oil leaking slowly so I bought it in. They were able to look everything over and find that my oil pan gasket was the culprit. They were so friendly and communicative throughout the entire process and really made me feel like they cared. They didn’t charge me for this either (sadly, Valvoline cannot do this type of repair at this time). I would definitely trust my car in their hands again!
