Y'all, I cannot express how awesome these people are!! I haven’t even picked up my car from the shop yet and I’m happy with the experience! Amazing communication and explaining what specifically the issues are! I got recommended this place by so many people, so happy to have found a reliable place to bring my car!

My wife and I have been using RVA Auto Services for years and have always gotten great service at a fair price. I had my car inspected today and noticed they’ve hired a new guy named Ban at the service desk—he was awesome to work with! Definitely a great addition to the shop!

Great service!!! Great people to do business with as well as reasonable prices. I felt like they were honest and took good care of me. I dropped off my car today to get my state inspection and while I was there I learned that I was also in need of other routine maintenance services. Instead of getting an Uber to come back to pick up my car -they instead ended up just picking me up because I live not too far away!! —Talk about wonderful Customer Service!! Five stars all the way …great job guys! Thanks for taking care of me ! This is my second time doing business with them and I’m going to continue to come back :) Also, while I was there I overheard a woman in front of me saying that she had moved and still continues to get her car serviced at this specific location because she trusts them

Yesterday was my first time going to them for a State inspection! I was a bit nervous seeing as though I've been done wrong at multiple other shops before. But RVA Auto shop was very kind and sweet, and made me feel welcomed and Good. I will be going back. You guy's have gained a new customer!.
