Long-Time Customer Let Down – Poor Workmanship, No Accountability I’ve been a loyal customer of RVA Glass for 4 years, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I contacted Andrew, the owner, on September 6th about a warranty issue—my windshield was leaking and literally moving, which is a serious safety concern and clear evidence of poor workmanship. Since then, it’s been a string of excuses, delays, and broken promises. Andrew scheduled multiple appointments to replace the windshield, but either canceled at the last minute or rescheduled without follow-through. At times, he would go silent for a week or more, despite saying he’d get back to me. When I tried to confirm one of the appointments, he denied it was scheduled—even though it was clearly state

Before turning to RVA Glass, I trusted my car to a national brand for my car's window repair needs. Once it was clear that brand wasn't able to take care of me any further, I called Andrew. Andrew met me at my house, without charging an additional fee to come see me, not to mention his price quote had already beat that large corporation by almost $50! When you ask Andrew and RVA Glass to help you, you don't get a long legal list of what you can and can't do if your windshield breaks - you get a friend who you can count on no matter what. Even though I'd requested a windshield replacement, Andrew took an honest look at my windshield and told me I just needed a repair. Someone else could've tried to upsell me, but not Andrew! Andrew was fast and professional, and he explained what he doing while he did it. Can't recommend him enough! Before (blue glove) and after (no glove) attached!

Andrew is AS GOOD AS IT GETS in the windshield replacement business. Super personable guy and has always done a fantastic job with replacing my vehicle windshields. Thank you Andrew!
