I highly recommend RVA Mobile Auto Repair! They are very professional and efficient. I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced, so I gave them a call and they came out within a couple hours. They had my brakes and rotors installed in about 30 minutes and also charged a reasonable price, especially considering the convenience. I will definitely contact them for any repair needs going forward!

If negative stars were possible, I’d be filing paperwork to take this man’s rating so far below zero it’d need its own underground parking garage. My sister booked him the day before — clear, simple, kindergarten-level instructions: show up between 9 and 10 a.m. That’s it. But somehow this man treated the appointment like it was an optional side quest he never intended to complete. 9 a.m. comes. No call. 10 a.m. comes. No text. The man vanished like responsibility put out a restraining order on him. Hours later — 5 p.m., mind you — he emerges from the void and tries to reschedule for 6–7 p.m., as if he didn’t already waste half her day. I contacted RVA Mobile Auto Repair to take a look at a few issues with my son's car. Pat came out promptly today and handled the issues with my son's brakes and gave an oil change as well. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. Within just an hour, my son's vehicle was back on the road. I appreciated Pat's expertise and he did not overcharge us.
