RVA Tire & Auto Service Center

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I needed to get my car inspected, so I took it to RVA tire. I was quoted 500$ to fix the things for the inspection (replacing 3 bulbs and a taillight), I said no thanks and took it home and fixed it. Then, I called and they said they would reinspect for free, and that they would ONLY check the things that were failed previously. Not only did they change their minds about what needed fixing (originally the passenger taillight - which I replaced myself - and when I took it back they switched it to the drivers side taillight needing replacement. They then said I had to take the back tint off, and quoted us $700 to do so. I again, took it home, and then went to a different repair shop in the area. This other repair shop inspected the car and charge

I had a great experience here. I called just a few minutes before arriving and they were still able to take me in right away and fix my tire the same day. It was super convenient and the team helping me out was honest the entire time they never tried to push extra repairs or upsell anything. I really appreciated that. My tire is fixed and driving perfectly now. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

RVA Tire and auto is a trustworthy and competent organization. They’re thorough and honest and treat customers as though they are appreciated. I’ll be having my repairs and inspections done at RVA Tire and Auto in the future. 5 stars.

This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Please look for another place to get your car fixed. And if you look at the pics i added, you can see that after they were called out, they went to change their response. Attached is the beginning of the first response. They also have written on here that someone is my daughter that left them another poor review and that person is not. Zero accountability. They have also gone back and changed their responses to a lot of reviews because of how nasty they were to these people. Update- the response from the owner shows you what kind of people they are. Nasty. And i actually didn’t ask the tow company how much it was. I called, they told me what the cost would be because they understand business and how customer service works. It

Such a great shop! I was in town and my car clunked out on me! I came into RVA and they helped me, walked me through the process and got my car taken care of! I wished I lived in the area , because they for-sure would be my car shop!
