I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I have a widowed elderly neighbor who's home is falling apart so we helped her purchase a camper. Brent was super helpful troubleshooting furnace issues and happy to do so. You don't meet too many people like this anymore.

We lost an awning arm with a rain storm that blew through Sunday night. I called three other companies Monday morning and RVEE was the most responsive and quickest to get us service! They came Monday and took down the awning and then got our awning back up on Friday. They would have had us back together sooner but the manufacturer of our arm is difficult to get ahold of. Our Technicians were awesome and everyone we spoke with at RVEE was very professional. We will definitely use them in the future!

I had them come to my RV and replace my step motor and gearbox. The next day a piece on my toilet broke. I didn't hesitate to call RVEE to come and repair it. They are fast friendly and knowledgeable. I gladly recommend them.

Greatest experience ever! They were so quick to come out and replace my AC unit on the hottest week of all. Very professional, and also very affordable. The kindest, most caring people you will ever meet and get the job done ASAP! RVEE INC in Knoxville, TN, did a fantastic 3 jobs for us while in town! They were responsive, communicated well with us, quick, efficient, knowledgeable in their areas of expertise as well as honest when we questioned outside of their wheelhouse. They are family-owned and work with a sense of integrity and genuine care for other RVers. We also found them to be very fairly priced considering their level of experience and expertise. Highly recommend and would certainly call them again if needed!
