This is not a legitimate business. Verified with local police and surrounding business. As soon as I called and gave the address they said "DONT DO IT" Very firmly and expressed they are working on it. Also expressed that they have recieved many calls about this place. All positive reviews are from bot accounts that the scammer created. Saved myself from getting robbed for sure. The individual I spoke with went as "John Winchester" and had a very heavy pay me with gift cards accent. Stay very clear and be warned. I also verified with property management that the lot they are using as a location is actually owned by the trailer park and is not a place of business. They want to secure a down payment, and push very hard for it, to "secure the rv" told them I will only exchange cash for keys f
