I had a very good experience at RW General Automotive. I brought my Toyota 4Runner because the brakes were making a loud noise every time I was driving and stopping. It was very annoying and also worrying for me. Before coming here, I went to a few different technicians but nobody really fixed the problem. A friend recommended this shop to me and I am very happy I decided to try them. The team checked my car quickly and explained that the brake noise was coming from worn brake parts and dust build-up around the brake system. I don’t remember all the technical details, but Brian explained it in a clear and honest way and made me feel comfortable. This morning, I brought my car in due to my Cylinder 3 and 4 misfiring. When I called to make an appointment, they told me they could fit me in today, and to ask for “Bryan/Brian” when I get there. When I pulled in, Bryan was already outside working on another car and spoke with us. When we told him the situation, we asked for a cost estimate in which he told us “$280.” Perfect. When we got the call the car was almost done, we asked for the total, in which they told us “$659.” They told us the jump in charge was because they started with the $280 spark plug replacement, but that didn’t fix the issue, so they went ahead and replaced the ignition coils, which brought it up to almost $700. Roland Njoume was the person I stayed in contact with throughout the process of my husband’s truck fuel injector’s getting replaced. We did the price comparison with other shops, this was the best quote. My husband paid cash and forgot his receipt and there were no problems getting all the paperwork as needed when I asked. Service was done promptly, friendly, and in a very clean environment.

Today I had R&W replace both of my Head light bulbs. In addition he topped off my fluids and charged me 40 bucks. I appreciateted the fast and professional service. Night driving is safe again.
