brought my 2006 Isuzu dump truck in for what was described as minor electrical work. I was originally quoted $1,200. That estimate was not honored. Over time, the cost climbed to over $5,000, yet the original electrical issues were never resolved. Instead of properly repairing the problem, I was informed that wires were simply jumped because replacing the wiring harness would be “too expensive.” Despite the significant amount paid, the truck was returned in worse condition. Shortly after getting it home, it completely died and would not start. When I contacted the shop about this, I was told it was no longer their responsibility. We took our truck in, took longer than expected. Upon return hook no longer worked. Took it back (as hydraulics were worked on), and I was told I needed a whole new system which unable to quote due to shipping and tariffs. I had another mechanic look at it and it was $60 sensor on the back of the truck. Was it broke at RWC? Idk. Possible. But at the very least should have been figured out. The truck works great with new sensor.

So glad to run across a RWC in Spokane. I use them in Phoenix quite often and while on the road it was nice to feel a bit of home while getting some repairs done. Super efficient, professional, got us in same day and out in 3.5 hrs. Top notch.
