Brought it in last minute for an alignment. Thought I might have bad kingpins but instead my tie rod was froze and needed replace. They found I had 2 leaking wheel seals also. I had a great experience with them. Dog friendly and super nice, and clean store. I was in and out with in 1 1/2 days. They seem super honest and not pushy about replacing parts that don’t yet need replacement. Thanks Lazy Heart Trucking

Good experience over all. Dealt with Alex in service mainly and was pretty good but the rest including the tech are good. There is space outside for about 2 possibly 3 semis but be careful with the ground because it might sink. I did parked there overnight and had no issues.

Specifically asked the service department to call me before they went home to update me on the progress of the replacement of the fuel pump on my truck. No call on a Friday afternoon before they left for the weekend. I have a truck that will be finished early Monday am. They don't care about a customer that has purchased many Internatiomal trucks or the fact that I have a driver that will be sitting for 5 days for a one day job. No communication is the worst customer service that a consumer can expect from this dealership.

Top notch service here. Our alternator went out in our semi while we were towing our living quarters with 3 horses to Spokane. We called from the freeway, they squeezed us in, directed us to a place we could walk the horses, and took excellent care of us. We were able to get back on the road and on to our endurance race. Thank you Roscoe!

My father has been doing business with them for years and I have gotten their help several times. If Gar and Matt can't find it, it probably doesn't exist. I have a highly modified International and they have helped me find electrical components that I couldn't find anywhere else.
