Go somewhere else for repairs! Dropped my van off Dec. 4 to replace my torque converter before I went out of town. I called Dec 16 to arrange pick up. THE PART WASN'T ORDERED YET. The service gentleman spent more time complaining about how busy he was and how many unhappy customers he had than to try to figure out my situation. It was finally done Dec 20. No apologies no discounts for the delay. Five months later I had to replace my starter (different shop) because the starter was not properly reinstalled from the transmission work. I sent a complaint to the manager. No response.

Buying a car here was fast and easy, the service for maintenance is fantastic.. but the e-mails are 100% out of control. I have unsubscribed from several Chevy lists that I somehow got on after buying my car.. and its kind of irritating. I just bought a new car from you and you are sending me constant adds for other stuff? Then I get an e-mail asking for this review, which I swear I get 34058 of them a week, I delete, and then a couple days later I just get another request. Believe it or not, people actually have better things to do than rating your business 5 times a week. I don't know how to make it stop, but its so annoying its almost enough to make me not want to buy from there again. E-mails go to phones now, I don't need the constant beeping from Chevy trying to sell me something

Stopped in to get my oil change on my ram, like always no short of good laughs and fun atmosphere. They've serviced my current truck and last Ram. They've done things such as level kit, cold air intake, alignments and tire swaps for me. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch.

A very long story short. Went to test drive a used ford edge. Tanner did not know they had this vehicle. I was with him from the time he said he didnt know they had it it ,through the test drive and then right to his desk. He then straight up lied to my face saying he had 4 people interested in this vehicle and hes pretty sure other sales people have leads as well. Nice try. I felt insulted he lied like that. Bought a nice ford edge from morries

This vehicle is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Ryan Automall and we will definitely come back the next time we are shopping. Scott Goodmanson had been good to us and our family. We would highly recommend coming to Ryan Automall for your next vehicle purchase or service work!
