I have been a frequent customer of Ryan G. Motorworks through several of my BMW’s. There was a time I went off the deep end and didn’t and I regretted it. I sought out Ryan for another BMW from his lot of used vehicles, Dr Motors, because I trusted his business. From being so pleased, two others followed suit. From the minute you walk in the door or make contact your customer service is top notch, reliable, honest, and backed with character and integrity from all of the staff. Can’t go wrong, unless you don’t go! Get me! I know where my cars going, do you?!? I poke fun and smile, but that’s honestly how I feel when I think about the years gone by with this team of amazing people and I can’t give back enough for what they truly do for their customers, and for you as an individual

Ryan and team might not be pregnant, but they always deliver - highly recommend this team of professionals. Between a number of BMWs and an Audi, the shop has a high degree of beyond the shop manual expertise. Added bonus: call the main line and a real human picks up the phone every time - no AI/ AI agent. Amazing all around.

I have taken my 2004 BMW M3 to Ryan G multiple times for maintenance and repair work over the last few years. I have never had a negative experience, nor have the friends and coworkers I have referred here. They do great work and have real expertise and enthusiasm for the types of cars they work on.
