Had a great experience with this company. traveling from Ohio to Holden Beach for our annual family vacation. About an hour and a half out from Holden, a giant rock flew up and shattered our windshield. We could not get in with safelite for 2+ weeks, and we knew that our windshield was not going to hold up for the week due to the crack being completely through and very large. Within minutes Ryan’s Auto Glass had responded to my Facebook message please for help, they helped me get things squared away with our insurance company (mind you this was all on a SATURDAY)- by Monday they called us and told us to bring the truck to his shop in Shallote (30 min drive) so he could get it squeezed into his schedule and repaired. Had a fabulous, seamless experience with this place. They took my car in one day and early the next day they said it was ready! I was shocked! Definitely not the type of service I get in Virginia. Lovely and professional folks. Fair price too, no insurance involved! Most certainly recommend this place!
