Whistle Express Car Wash

Buyer beware!!!!!!Been coming here for several months. The last two times I came in the car wash has never cleaned the rims . They come out with a grungy look to them every single time I always use the silver wash. I asked the guy today if they had an issue with their car wash and he told me no just make sure I pick the silver car wash which I have done every time I have been there. I brought it to his attention that my rims were still dirty and to another person‘s attention and neither of them offered to do anything. Looks like this is turning into another zips car wash.

This is one of the nicest car washes I’ve ever been to. The facility is extremely clean and efficient, and Lucia was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. She even washed and dried my floor mats for me. Highly recommend this place!

Drove up and immediately a gentleman comes out with iPad to high pressure an upscale. He was nice, but I don’t like being upsold and prefer to enter my own credit card and get the car washed. I always purchase the highest wash but I don’t like being pressured. Same with buying cars. I will avoid. I won’t be back.

Lucia is an excellent representative of your car wash. Sensational demeanor and knowledgeable!! She is a rock star!
