RZ AUTO REPAIR

I received prompt service on a Saturday. I waited for two cars ahead of me and was quoted an hour, but it was less time. That was nice. I was informed that I needed to change something on my car and then come back. On Monday, I called and asked if I could arrive at 4:50 PM Because I had to leave work early just to get my paperwork signed. I had called about three times and no answer from the person. He said that I could come so I expected him to still be there or at the very least answer the phone. As I was arriving, it was 454 and he was pulling out of the parking lot and said that he couldn’t help me because the computer was already shut down. Now it’s not even 5 o’clock yet so the business should still be open in my opinion. If you list your business hours till 5 o’clock, shouldn’t you

Seems to not like black people. Was all smiles and giggles speaking to some white guy then immediately changes tone and facial expression to tell me they dont do inspections in the rain. It wasn't even raining. It was a light sprinkle at most. 45 min later, during actual heavy rain, I was able to get an inspection on north lamar with no problems. I got an inspection from here last year and I even gave him a tip. He had an attitude then but I just assumed that he was like that with everyone. I dont know about ya'll but I wont be going back ever. Nunca!

Just moved to town and all the Main body shops were two weeks out. Dropped my car off to Raul and within 72 hours had it back to perfect. Was very transparent on pricing and issues. Gave me a warranty on labor and the part. Will be using him for all me engine needs in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Not gay friendly at all. Went to get my Rouge inspected there but they were at lunch. I waited around the 20 minutes since I was there early. Once they opened I walked up to the gentleman and he asked what I needed and I told him and inspection. He said ok I waited another 15 and then I walked towards the bay where he was and he was washing the bay floors talking to someone else. He turned and looked towards my friend and me just turned around. Didn't say a word to us just totally ignored me. I took my business elsewhere and will never return I will also never recommend this place. Not very friendly business. Not gay friendly forsure.

Raul and his wife Norah (she works the front office) are the most wonderful people you could ever want to take care of your car needs. They provide genuine one-of-a-kind service. Their prices are more than reasonable. They put their customers first which most of us know is not easy to find. I HIGHLY recommend them .
