Specifically service advisor Maria Velazquez and service technician Rene have always been super helpful, professional, and caring when servicing my pick up. I’m sure anyone is aware how busy and needed any service department may be, but it doesn’t show through this teams demeanor. They are quick to listen to your needs and informative throughout the process. I appreciate being informed of the expected time/steps that will be needed with whatever service I’m receiving. I brought my 2025 Ram 2500 Laramie to Sames Bastrop Chrysler Dodge due to multiple recall alerts and serious system error messages that began one week after purchase: • Right Front Lighting – Service Required • Left Front Lighting – Service Required • Trailer lighting fault • Parking sensors disabled • DEF / Exhaust warning • Warning light illumination unavailable Because both headlights failed simultaneously, this was clearly not a bulb or housing issue. I had already been advised by a family member who works for Chrysler/Dodge that this was most likely a BCM or LIN-bus communication failure, which causes cascading faults across lighting, safety, and emissions systems. Maria was vey friendly and understanding. Even when I pulled in with paint dripping from my truck from spilled paint in the bed of my truck. They gave me absorbent rags and were very understanding and forgiving of the mess I created.
