Absolutely recommend! Stopped in bc my brakes were making an awful noise, they got my vehicle in and on the lift within ten minutes. Staff was very nice. Price was fair and reasonable. Job was completed efficiently. Five stars all around!!!

I went to sevral exuaghst shops from newport news to portsmouth and back to here. This was the best place. Fair pricing, honest hardworking people. Reminds me of my small home town. Another shop kings muffler saw I was young and tried to overcharge me. I would avoid them at all costs and come here!!!

I’m writing this review based on my boyfriend's experience at S&B Mufflers and Brakes. He had a very unpleasant interaction with the owner, Steve, who was incredibly rude and hung up on him twice. The customer service he received was the worst I’ve ever heard of. Given this experience, I will definitely not be taking my Ford there for an exhaust. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and professional service.
