Phenomenal company! I had the best experience. To get a quote takes about 10 minutes of your time and then they email you later. So there's no sitting around waiting for a quote. They will work with you on timing and let you know when the parts come in. So your car isn't just sitting there. When you drop off after hours they have a drop box you put your keys in. If you're picking up after hours they have key lockers and they will give you a code so you can get your keys and go. It's was so easy.

Our truck looks brand new after a collision repair. The service and attention to detail were outstanding. My husband is a perfectionist and everything about the repair was meticulous.

Tidewater Collision took excellent care of my 25 year old baby....Toyota 4Runner....my husband wrecked her in a Food Lion parking lot...I was devastated....my car has been painted, ceramic coating every year, undercoat, rims refinished, etc. It was most disheartening. I took her to TC because they had refinished my rims and the job was exceptional and way better then original factory condition. Most of the parts damaged from the incident were replaced with original parts....unfortunately, my bumper was aftermarket due to her age. There were a couple of discrepancies that I brought to their attention....without comment and a high degree of professionalism, the areas of concern were addressed. I probably drove them crazy because I am very particular with my cars but they never once let on.

Jeremy and his team has done work for me twice in the last 5 years and I cannot leave enough positive comments about their work and the professionalism in this review. The most recent was to my Jeep JLU after being hit by a deer. They worked closely with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout. They even took the time to take extra paint and do touch-up on a few rock chips and helped with by doing a replacement equipment installation. Great team and great work!!!!
