The service under the previous owner (Mike)was excellent. He did our work for many years. He was honest and didn’t do work that wasn’t necessary. The new owner seems to look for things that are questionable at best. Just had my oil changed on both vehicles 1500 miles ago and the sticker said we need to change in 3000 miles. The oil is synthetic blend and is recommended every 5000 miles. Oil change price increased. They replaced the seat belt receiver in back center seat of my truck. Came to $227. And then they supposed found a few minor leaks in the radiator hose, and maybe brakes. Also said we need a serpentine belt. I’m wondering why they were looking for all of this when it wasn’t mentioned at the last oil change which was done 1500 miles ago. I took it in specifically to get the seat b

Have used them in the past on a couple instances and have had no real issues (except recent service on truck they didnt reset notices so "service air filter" keeps going off even thoughthat was replaced at appt) however this time I took my vehicle in for an error code that they said was related to spark plugs. Upon picking up I immediately noticed a clicking noise that had NOT been there before. It was audible w windows up at startup. It was after hours picking up so drove home to see if noise would stop. Nope. Hubby drove and said seemed to be exhausted leak or something. I drive this daily and its parked in garage to warm up before driving and can 100% say I've NEVER heard this before! Upon calling I was told tech noticed noise and noted it but no info was related to us. Im being told it

Not worthy of one star their estimate of $3440.57 was way off from the Toyota Dealership at 1424.03 with new shocks not on the estimate from S&D. S&D will not be getting if my business, and I will share with friends and family. A lot different from when Mike and Mindy ran the shop at S&D

My family and I don’t go anywhere but S&D I’m always recommending them to everyone as well. Mike is very honest, knowledgeable, and quick to get you a response. Mindy is great at helping you through the process of your repairs. They have always gotten all work done in a timely manner and I never question the quality of work or price I am paying. Big or small job they have you covered, they’ve done a transmission for me, engine work to simple oil changes.

Mike and Mindy are awesome!!! Super friendly and professional. I called and spoke with Mike he gave me a quote for cv axles and set an appointment. I dropped it off, and it was done the same day 😁
