Bad customer service schedule a drop off and didn't take the truck in had me standing in the heat and refused to come out his office to greet me as a paying customer because im a black business owner.

Replaced a wheel seal, new drum, new brake pad... in and out 3 hour

Don’t ever go to this place they will rob you. They will charge you for unnecessary hours on labor also for parts that you don’t need I had my truck on quarter to full on DEF than they filled it up with their own DEF I did not request at all they put 2 gallon and half on DEF for $74. I dropped my truck at 7:30AM. They release me at 3:30 PM only for oil change. I went out spending $753 for only an oil change even I brought my own filters all filters. So oil changed by them cost me $750 without the filters I bought my own filters and their manager is in unprofessional I have the receipt

Had messed up steering since leaving Guadalajara, Mexico. Two places “fixed” it prior to stopping here on the third occurrence. They got it right and were fair on pricing.
