Been coming to this shop in and out for 7 years and these guys use to do really good work Manager is a really good guy but the mechanics have really went downhill especially with their customer service skills outside of that the worst part about this shop is the alignment section it’s almost like it’s a 50/50 that you’ll catch the alignment guy in a good mood, and I think that’s the last kind of person you need touching your car …taken a few cars here, they’ll straighten the wheels and not the steering wheel, and they’ll want to charge you every time the car is on the ramp. They can’t seem to do work properly… don’t waste your time coming here for an alignment either and the sad part is this shop was really good with it. Hope you guys resolve your issues.

Went in to diagnos my car. The guy said asked me whats wrong with the car. I said the engine light is on. He said do you know what the problem is. I stated what it possibly might be. He does not even look at the car to diagnose the issue and tells me they dont deal with it. It was absolutely rude and horrible customer service. Never again.

Went in for a wheel alinement... told me $100 for 4 wheels...agreed...he put the car on a lift then examined the car..said all wheels need adjustment..then tried to squeeze an extra $50. Out of me, saying the bolts are rusty and he can't get it loose, by just looking at it ( never attempting to loosen it) then he say the back not too bad only off by an insignificant amount and can stay that way...he goes to the front and does the same...bolts are rusty...he ant remove it (again without ever putting a wrench to it) I got mad and told him to spray it and try..he hands me the wrench and wd40 and say you try...I told him if you can't do it to take the car down...he tells me it's still $100 because he put it on the lift..he then tries and happens so the bolts loosen and he was able to fix the

I came here for a wheel alignment and I was in and out. Excellent customer service and the guy that worked on my car did a great job.

Mechanics working on my car, not my first visit to the shop, are very attentive, knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. I even drove upstate New York with my dog after mechanic fixed my brakes.
