I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Debbie and Steve at S & K Automotive! What started as a stressful situation—hitting debris on 316 and getting a flat tire—quickly turned into one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Debbie went above and beyond with her communication, and both she and Steve were incredibly kind, professional, and fair. They got the work done quickly and at a very reasonable price. My mom told me to go to SK to get my car checked because I was previously ripped off by another mechanic. I was hesitant because I was already ripped off by someone for $1000. At SK they made me feel welcomed , they understood my frustration and tried their best to help me. They told me what was wrong with my car but it didn’t stop there. They helped me get in contact with my dealership , also helped with me getting in contact with a tow company and even helped me with a ride home. They were above and beyond! Steve and Debbie are the BEST. I moved to Winder about 10 years ago and started using S&K and I've taken all of my vehicles to them ever since! Steve's guys are super fast and have never failed to diagnose correctly and HONESTLY. And if they didn't know what the root issue was.....they would tell me that too! My son had an older Mustang that was shutting off without warning while driving. They tried to figure out what was going on, but couldn't. Update: 2nd 5-Star review! Since I cannot leave a separate second review, I am adding on to my first one. I brought my car in for a wheel hub issue that was causing a lot of road noise and vibration. They fixed me up and got me on my way quickly. Miss Debbie even saved me a little cost on the labor! They really treat you like family here and I hope I can give someone else the same experience by leaving this review. (I initially went here based on good reviews) Miss Debbie is the best!
