S & N Transmission

If you are looking for a shop where you can build a long-term relationship with a business owner who appreciates repeat customers, look elsewhere. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars in labor in the last year in his shop, with a good experience at that time. So I wanted to bring Scott another brand new truck for some service, similar to what he did on my last truck. This time, once he decided he did not want the business (which is fine, it's your shop) he ghosted me for a week, only to tell me he wasn't interested, which he could have done a week or more ago, when I finally got him to return my call. His excuse, and I quote "I called you back once and we were busy". Hmmm, so when you called back that one time, a week ago why did you not just tell me then? Why make me leave three more messages

I took my car in to S&N on Monday and was quickly and cordially welcomed at the service counter. They set a clear expectation of when I would get an update on needed repairs. I actually heard back from them 2 days earlier than expected. I spoke to Nick both on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. Both calls were very comfortable and honest. Wednesday afternoon we established a plan for the needed work and I actually was able to pick up my car this morning. I am thrilled with the service that S&N provided. If you are in need of transmission service look no further. You’re in good hands at S&N.

My steering went out, but I knew right where to take my truck to be repaired. S&N did a great job. Had them do a brake job too. I'll be back!

I have been dealing with issues with my Escalade since the day we bought it. I had been dealing with another shop for months with the warranty company. I got sick of waiting and took the vehicle to Scott and his people because they have bailed me out in the past. S&N true to form got all of my issues covered by the warranty company replaced my transmission, both my differentials and smaller issues all in two weeks!!! Scott and his team are amazing!!!

Scott and his staff always do an excellent job! Only do what needs to be done.Update. Scott went the extra mile for me today 6/19/25 so I could get to Hatteras on schedule next week. Highly recommend this shop. 2/26/26. Another great experience. Scott is totally honest and saved me some money. Other shops may have tried to upsell me. Highly recommend this shop.
