What praises can I sing that haven't been said already. The lovely lady on the phone was patient and helpful, they were polite and friendly and came to my aid quick when I needed it the most. I would put my life in these people's hands, I'd name my firstborn after them. When other towing places turned me down, S&R came to save me and I don't know what I would've done without them. Forever grateful 🥲🫰🏽

Cesar was SO helpful. It was dark and cold and our location is not easy to find. He showed up in a great mood, gave extra information on our cars and was really fast. AAA chose the right company to send out and you can tell that Cesar enjoys his work. Great customer service and we highly recommend. We are very grateful..thank you.

This company (sent by AAA) lied straight to our face while we stuck on a dangerous road after a scary accident. They offered to take our vehicle somewhere safe off road as a quite “courtesy” and then drove the car only two miles and charged us close to $200. They would not take our car off truck until we paid. No explanation. Such a scam. The tow truck driver was also surprised and was actually a cool guy.

They run their rate by the hour so expect them to take as long as possible to run up the bill. My driver pulled over to put dolly’s on even tho we were 4 miles away, just to make sure he got that extra time. Do not go with them

Very helpful staff member. The main entrance can be missed at first glance, but can be noted afterwards. Phone service was also good.
