S & S Repair Services

We are several hundred miles from home and our water pump is going out. We had to stop every 5 miles and add water. I was so worried we were going to get stuck on the road. We made it to S&S and they are super busy but said they would replace the pump tomorrow when part comes in. They are very kind, offered us to stay in our camper and use their electricity, Wi-Fi and even use their shower. Wish there were people like them, their kindness will never be forgotten, we don't have a lot of money but fortunately they are reasonable on the price of the service and we can pay for it. I hope S&S reads this so they how how much their kindness matters.

S&S is an amazing company! I am unfamiliar to the area and needed help when my car wouldn't start. They were fast to respond and got my car back up and running in less than an hour. Amazing customer service, I highly recommend this company!

Got my car in quick and fixed it. Nice family owned business. I'm glad to have a place I trust to work on my car. Especially as a single woman that is not always easy to find. Taking my mom's car in next.

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Hemphill TX changed the battery in my car and blew out the fuse bus on top my battery box. Everything electrical failed and car was totally disabled. Brian at S&S Repair services came back from a ballgame in Lufkin at 7:30 at night to help me. Got me home after me standing around three hours at O'Reilly's with them trying to figure out what they did wrong. Brian ordered part from Toyota and replaced my part for free. Thanks to him I was only without my car for two days. Amazing since I had never met Brian and his wife. I encourage anyone who has a car malfunctioning to go to S&S Repair Services.
