WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE you will ever receive. He came out to our RV and replaced one of our units with a brand new unit that DID NOT WORK. He left our camper stating he needed to order more parts for it. We have been waiting for these parts for over 3 months. When you can get lucky enough to get him back on the phone it's one lie after another. We finally had to have another company come out and clean up the mess he made. DO NOT WASTE your time or your hard earned money with this clown. We are now out of pocket $2900.00 with this loser. THEY ARE A JOKE and should be ashamed of themselves for the poor quality of work they do.

If I could give no stars I would. My father dropped our camper off in mid 2019 to be repaired after a storm. The camper slide in the kitchen was repaired before the end of the year and my Dad paid. He then asked the owner to sale the camper for us and the owner agreed. The camper was left on the lot to be sold. In August of 2020, my Dad passed unexpectedly. Toward the end of 2020, my husband realized that we had not notified the owner and he made a call. My husband told the owner that he had the title to camper and legally could sign off on the sale as he owned it. He gave the owner his contact information and ask him to continue trying to sale the camper for us and he agreed. Fast forward to 2022. Although the people seemed nice we had a terrible experience with the service. We were told there was a fee for someone to drive to our camper to look at the repair we needed, we accepted that because we wanted it repaired. $40.00 for drive (10 miles) $100 for labor (to tell us we had a leak, which we knew) and after numerous unreturned calls...and many excuses about parts, we were unable to get them to fix it. At this point I feel like we paid $140.00 consulting fee for them to tell us what we already knew. We thought a “service” call meant it would be repaired. A month and a half later we had to move on (yes, we told them we were traveling and leaving by a certain date which they promised would not be a problem).

Diagnosed and repaired RV fridge. Office and shop staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Shipping of the part took forever but that wasn’t within their control. Eric and Luke did a fabulous job and didn’t leave a trace that they were there, except for the working fridge.

This guy told me to buy a certain AC unit for my airstream. When I got the unit he avoided my calls and didn't show up for appointments for months straight. When I finally tricked him after I moved and got him to show up in person, he got on top of my airstream for 5 minutes and told me that the air conditioner that he told me to order is not compatible with my control panel. Let me reiterate: this guy told me to order this $1,500 air conditioner and then avoided appointments for more than 90 days so we could not return it. I still have it. It's been more than a year.
