Terrible roadside assistance service! My insurance company Travelers contracted with this company to change my flat tire. Simple request.The ETA was something like 30 minutes to 90 Minutes. Two hours later, they arrived. I have a full-size spare in the bed of my truck to avoid flat tire drama. But the service guy couldn’t remove the lug nuts in order to remove the flat tire. Never seen that before when an impact wrench was being used. Since he was unable to complete the service as requested, you would think he would tow my vehicle to a service station nearby. After all, he had a flatbed. But no. After he spoke to his service manager and also to Travelers, he said he had to go and tow someone else. Called my insurance company for roadside assistance they sent S&A Auto. They arrived 15 minutes before the time I was told and were quick and professional on their service. I appreciated the tow truck driver. Thanks for great service, I would recommend using them.

Absolutely the best . if you have AAA REQUEST them. If the white vans from Peabody near the depot show up you are not going to get your battery jumped ( 3x this week and 2 cars later ) they couldn't get the job done (same company) with 2 battery packs and will tell you it needs to be towed. Or it's your alternator,transmission ,starter and full of excuses. Called AAA. Again and SnA showed up again for a "tow"and was able to jump both cars on different days on the FIRST TRY. No more waiting 3hrs in the cold to wait another 3hrs for a"tow"If you want honest, reliable. Dependable company . here you go. Cannot stress this enough if you have AAA REQUEST this company.

I am getting this tow through my insurance so it is at no cost to me. I first put in the request at noon today. It is 3:30 p.m. I realize now that I could have pushed my car to the garage down the street faster than to rely on what I can only assume is a man on a tricycle-powered tow truck. I am never going to have kids but i know what it means to be disappointment 1/31/25 update. I needed another tow, long story. I called my insurance for the tow and referenced my experience on 1 / 24. I did not receive the normal notification saying someone is ln the way. Just a phone call. It was S & A and they were on site. My car has been snowed in. The driver waited for me. He said he could not wait. He proceeded to watch me dig out my car amd left right as i was done. 10/10 for irony. I do not

Horrible. Worst experience I have ever had with a tow. 3 hours after my 5:54 am AAA roadside assistance call I finally am dropped at dealer with my car. Driver vaped in truck on way to dealer. Totally disturbing and unprofessional. Had to force issue that he is to give me a ride as AAA promised. I have put in complaint to AAA and awaiting response from Member Relations senior consultant. Do not use this place. Driver claims they didn’t open until 8 am. Arrived late and I missed my 7:30 service appt and had to wait. Not acceptable customer service.
